Products and suitability

Read the description and technical information for the exact size and finish you select. Collection names and nominal dimensions do not replace the manufacturer's technical specification. Only use a product for an application supported by that specification. Check uncertain details with us and your installer before ordering.

Photographs, screens, samples and visualisers can differ from the appearance of a full installation. Tile faces and production batches may vary. These differences do not affect your rights if goods do not match their description or a sample where applicable.

Quantities and prices

Tile quantities in the bag are full boxes. A displayed price per square metre is for comparison; the box price is the purchasing unit unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Other items, including grout, adhesive and samples, use the unit shown on their product page.

Calculators are planning aids based on the available variant data and your inputs. Check measurements, box coverage, layout and wastage with your installer. If data is absent or conflicting, ask us to confirm before ordering.

The product prices, currency, applicable taxes and delivery charge are shown during checkout before you place the order. Check the total, delivery address, selected variants and quantities carefully. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Orders and payment

Follow checkout to place your order and use one of the payment methods offered. Keep your confirmation email and order number. Contact us promptly about an error or a requested change. If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options and refund any amount paid for goods we cannot supply.

Delivery and inspection

Read the delivery information and check your postcode before ordering. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment dates unless expressly agreed. Tell us about access restrictions before placing an order. Goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you identify to take delivery, subject to the rules for a carrier you independently commission.

Inspect your goods before fitting and contact us about damage, shortages or incorrect items. Do not install goods you believe are faulty or incorrect. Do not book fitting work until the goods have arrived and been checked. This advice does not restrict your statutory rights.

Cancellation, returns and faults

Our returns and refunds policy explains consumer cancellation rights and how to report faulty or misdescribed goods. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Using our website

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise its security or misuse its forms. Product names, brand names, photographs and other protected content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Our visualisers provide design previews and do not constitute an installation specification.

Problems and applicable law

Contact us first if something has gone wrong so we can investigate. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law, including where you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not remove rights arising from an order already placed.
